The Xiangya Pagoda-style Fluidized Plate is a shining star in the pneumatic conveying system of power plants. It is a pagoda-style powder fluidized plate specially designed for pneumatic conveying of powder. This unique equipment consists of a robust pump body, with a feed inlet at the top and an air inlet at the bottom. At the bottom of the pump body, a pagoda-shaped fluidized plate is precisely fixed.
This fluidized plate is equipped with delicate discs arranged from top to bottom. They work together to fluidize the materials inside the pump body. Compressed air drives these fluidized materials to be conveyed outward, as if a dance feast is taking place inside the pipeline. While supplementing air, the dual functions of cutting and fluidization by the conical annular air flow further fluidize and accelerate the materials in the pipeline, ultimately achieving the goal of long-distance conveying.
The coal injection fluidized plate is cleverly installed on the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. The gas and pulverized coal on the bed are fully mixed through the fluidized plate, uniformly forming a fluidized solid-gas mass, which facilitates long-distance conveying.
The fluidized plate is made of high-tech, high-performance stainless steel sintered wire mesh. It is high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, has high mechanical strength, high rigidity, and a long service life.
The power plant bin pump canvas fluidized plate mixes materials with air to make them in a gasified state, with good fluidity, so as to improve conveying efficiency. When used in cement raw material homogenization silos, it can uniformly mix the cement raw materials. The pneumatic conveying devices and gasification bed devices using this air-permeable layer have been widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, power plants, food and transportation industries, achieving good results and replacing traditional belt conveying and screw conveying. Since the materials are in a gasified state during conveying and have good fluidity, the equipment is not subject to friction damage, reducing the maintenance volume of the equipment. The materials are conveyed in closed chutes, so there is no dust loss of materials, no environmental pollution, and a good sanitary environment!
Application scope of air-permeable layer (air-permeable cloth): Air-permeable cloth is suitable for pneumatic conveying of air slides in cement plants, aeration boxes of homogenization silos, and pneumatic conveying of cement for bulk cement trucks and bulk cement ships; it is also used in ultra-dense phase pneumatic conveying in power plants, aluminum plants and other industries.
